Embossed on spine in gold-colored script: "Holy Bible" and "NELSON". In barely legible handwriting on first page: "Charles Milton of _____". Handwritten on back of first page: "James W. Milton. / Presented by. / Mother. / Dec. 25, 1908". Stamped along lower edge of inside back page: "1185". Measures 4" x 6 & 1/2" x 1 & 1/4". Two blue ribbon bookmarks sewn into inner spine.
