Description

Wagon used to convey John Brown to his execution in Charles Town in 1859. Originally owned by the Sadler brothers. Wagon was used as a furniture and undertaker's wagon. Original paint was straw yellow. Possibly made by Abbot & Downing, New Hampshire.
