Coin silver teaspoon. Marked "YOUNG" on back of handle. On top front of handle it is marked "RAEL". Young refers to Samuel Young, Charles Town silversmith. In set with object number 213 (It is the bigger of the two). From Charles Town, VA., circa 1811-1816.
