Iron crimper with brass rollers. Wooden handle. Originally painted black with gold trim. Much of the paint has worn off. Eagle and American shield with a banner above that says "E. PLURIBUS UNUM". Label attached to underside with directions for use says "Eagle Fluting Machine".
