Jury in trial of William "Bill" Blizzard, one of the Miners' Trials held in Charles Town. Judge J. M. Woods presided. Unionist William ‘‘Bill’’ Blizzard (September 19, 1892 - July 31, 1958) was tried for treason and murder for his role in the Battle of Blair Mountain but was acquitted in May 1922.
