Light yellow felt church hat with middle and brim covered in yellow silk. On one side of the hat is a brown fabric flower surrounded by brown speckled feathers. On the underside of the brim is a white curl design. "Mr. Hi's Classic" brand. Owned by African American Harpers Ferry resident Delores Jackson Foster.
