On the left is the Victor Products building, which is on the site of the old A. D. Goetz Harness Factory; on the right is the Goetz house at 310 Fairfax Boulevard. The Victor Products building was later replaced by the Dixie Narco building. In 2015, the Goetz house is the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home.
