Description
White straw church hat covered along sides and brim in black fabric with a white circle pattern. Top of hat is exposed white straw. Three black, fabric roses adorn side of hat. Gems stones on part of the sides and brim. "Mr. Hi's Classic" brand. Owned by African American Harpers Ferry resident Delores Jackson Foster.
