Copy of Motion for Order Compelling Compliance with United States District Order Issued September 17, 1977 for Civil No. 76-0380. Noa Emmett Aluli and others moved the court 1) enforce the portion of US District Court order requiring defendents (Harold Brown, Secretary of Defense) to submit for nomination to the Secretary of the Interior sites which appear to qualify for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and 2) order the defendants to either nominate the balance of the sites on Kaho'olawe to the Secretary of the Interior for listing in the National Register of Historic Places or submit them to eligibility determination for listing in the National Register.
