Copy of Stipulation to Modify Order of May 23, 1979 and Order of November 23, 1979. The plantiffs and defendants agreed to extend deadline to submit list of sites which might qualify for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and defendants to submit a Multiple Resource Nomination Overview to the Keeper of the National Register of Historic Places. Stipulation was lodged with Clerk, U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii on 17 June 1980.
