Description

Letter from Emmett Aluli, Palikapu Dedman, Keoni Fairbanks and Davianna McGregor-Alegado on behalf of the Protect Kaho'olawe 'Ohana with PKO review of "Kaho'olawe Island, Hawai'i Ethnic Significance Overview" (Draft) to Dr. Robert Hommon, Navy Archaeologist. Extract: "The problems with the draft are not only numerous but also fundamental to the framework and logic of the report and cannot be improved with mere additions or deletions. For these reasons the Protect Kaho'olawe 'Ohana sees a revision as pointless and therefore insists that the report not be accepted."
