Color aerial photo of the islet of Pu'ukoa'e (the hill of the bos'n bird or tropic bird hill) off the south coast of Kaho'olawe, just west of Kamōhio Bay. This islet of sharp sea cliffs was also known in the past as Kaho'olawe Li'ili'i (small Kaho'olawe). It is the home to many seabirds such as the indigenous ua'u kani (Wedge-tailed Shearwater) as well as native plants.Photograph Details
