Color photo of two unidentified men working on a corrugated metal water catchment structure. One man is using a ladder on the outside of the structure to working rivets. The other man is on the inside of the structure leaning over the top to work on outside rivets. This photo was probably taken during the 1993 PKO (Protect Kaho'olawe 'Ohana) access to build a water catchment at Wailuna in Hakiioawa 'Ili.
