Context

This railroad line was completed through Davis County in 1883. The depot was south of Center Street just south of where Flint Street connected to Center Street, east side of the tracks. The building was moved to 647 So. Flint (now Sunset Drive) after the railroad ceased operations. It then became the home of Cecil Samuel Rushforth.
