The Student-Led Conferences were a significant part of the developing Senior School. The process encouraged a dialogue between students and their parents about their learning. In this, they identified areas of success and areas for development. The ongoing dialogue between students, parents, and their teachers, is one of the foundations on which the Kellett Senior School is built.
