This is a small, oval pinchbeck brass brooch with glass cover. Coils of light brown and dark brown hair are encased beneath the glass. The light brown hair is braided around a coil of the dark brown hair. Beneath it is a section of braided dark hair. The brass case is beveled around the edges giving it a diamond pattern. The back is smooth and the straight pin is held in place with a simple hook.Collection
