This is one of seven greeting cards trimmed with silk fringe. This two-sided card is trimmed in white fringe and features an image of a wooden cross with white flowers and greenery around it. The greeting reads: "Easter / Each year brings this Happy Day / As it flies so fast along, / So may every Christian say. / To-day again we raise the song / Ever lead us in Thy way / Raise us at the latter Day." The opposite side has another image of a cross but with small blue and white flowers. The greeting reads: "The sweet Spring ope's her pale blue eyes / Unwinds her golden hair abroad / And all the sweets by winter stored/ Unfurl beneath Spring's tender skies. / So like the buds that are unfurled, / Our hearts leap up, for Christ has risen / Death could not keep him in his prison, / Christ won God's pardon for God's world." The copyright credits S. Hildesheimer & Co., and it lists this as No. 130.Collection
