This colored lithograph was done by Charles Joseph Hullmandel & W. L. Walton for George Robert Grey's 1837-1849 publication, "The Genera of Birds: Comprising their Generic Chapters". The lithograph details a Rough-crested Malkoha perched upon a tree branch. At the bottom of the image is an inscription reading: "DASYLOPHUS / superciliosus. (Cuv:) Swains:" The bottom-right reads: "C. Hullmandel's Patent Lithotint." The top-center reads: "CROTOPHAGINAE." The top-right reads: "CXVI." This lithograph is plate #116.Artwork Details
