Description
This is a handwritten letter from Elizabeth Jenkins To Delia Tyler. The transcription reads as follows:
"Dear Mrs. Tyler,
The members of the Mary Clap Wooster Chapter wish to show you something of the appreciation of the appreciation they feel for your great services in presenting to you a membership of the Mary Washington Memorial Association together with the badge of the society. We cannot sufficiently thank you for the energy, skill and enthusiasm you have used for us all in three years in which you have been our head. You have made our Foundation strong and our numbers many, and however much success may crown us in the future, the present success is owing almost entirely to you. Thanking you in the name of the whole Chapter, I am,
Yours sincerely,
Elizabeth T. Jenkins, Cor. Sec.
