Frankfort, Ky. and Advisory Board of Audubon State Park, Henderson, Kentucky by Gibney Oscar Letcher, Chairman, Henderson, Kentucky and Members, Miss Susan Towles, Henderson, Ky. , Ben Niles, Henderson, Ky. , Leigh Harris, Henderson, Ky. , Alves Clore, Henderson, Ky. , Mrs. Starling Thompson, Henderson, Ky., H. P. Barret, Henderson, Ky. , David Clark, Henderson, Ky., W. H. Demplwolf, Henderson, Ky. , F. J. Pentecost, Henderson, Ky., N. Powell Taylor, Henderson, Ky., Phelps Lambert, Henderson, Ky. , Mrs. Leonard Tyler, New Haven, Conn., John G. Duncan, Denver, Colo., Bernard Alves, Henderson, Ky., X. R. Royster, Henderson, Ky. , Petitioners To The Hon. George S. Wilson, Judge of the Daviess Circuit Court. Now come Bailey P. Wooton, Director of State Parks, and others, and tender and offer to file their exparte petition herein, and said petition is now ordered to be and the same now is hereby filed and docketed; and the Court being sufficiently advised thereon, now authorizes and directs that the Hon. Ben S. McCormick, Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver to N. Powell Taylor, attorney for the petitioners in the above styled action, the original papers and all of the exhibits attached thereto in the action now filed in his office, in which William Russell Bowen, Samuel Adams Bowen, Robert Speed, Obadiah Smith, Bennett Marshall, George Brent, and Edmund Townes are plaintiffs and John J. Audubon is defendant, when the said petitioners shall have caused to be delivered to said Clerk true and correct copies of each and all of said original papers, which the said Clerk will accept and file in his office in lieu of the original papers in said action delivered to the petitioners herein.
I, N. Powell Taylor, attorney for the petitioners in the above styled action, have received auto the hands of the Hon. Ben S. McCormick, Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court, II of the original papers in the suit filed in his office, wherein William Russell Bowen, Samuel Bowen, Robert Speed, Obadiah Smith, Bennett Marshall, George Brent, and & Edmund Townes are plaintiffs and John J. Audubon is defendant, pursuant to the orders of the Court with reference thereto in the above styled action.. This 14 day of December, 1939. (signed ) N. Powell Taylor, Attorney for Petitioners"
