This is a stereograph or stereocard of an albumen print mounted on cardstock/cardboard. The two images depict large piles of rocks, with a small building and flag on a flagpole in the background. Writing on the back identifies the subjects as "Piles of Ore," and a blacksmith's shop. The faded green mount identifies "McLeish and Cressey" as the photographers from St. Paul at the left edge of the mount. The print at the right edge reads: "Lake Superior Views, North Shore."Collection
