Black and white photograph of Florida East Coast Railway hospital in Marathon. Caption reads, 'Dr. Mr. Parrish. Marathon is building pretty fast and I know that there are probably a good many pictures of the early days of marathon, however the house below was the Emergency Hospital for the FEC RR when the construction camp was located there, and as you are aware my father DOC Lowe, was in charge of it, I found the original and had it enlarged, knwing [sic] that you are a pioneer in that place thought you might wish a copy for your office. Sincerely, Claude F. Lowe'Photograph Details
