Postcard depicting a red brick fort near the water.  The caption reads, ‘Fort Taylor, Key West.’  The message on the verso reads, ‘Hello, Carrie, How are you?  I sure looked for a letter from you before this, but was very much disappointed.  I did not send money as I said I would for dress.  After I did not hear from you, I did not know but that Lil was leaving, and as you are always so busy, I did not want to worry you with it.  Rose has been down again with fever.  I got a letter today from Miss Watson.  She will tell you about Mrs. Lee.  Kiss Carolyn for us.  Kind Regards to John.  Write Soon.  Yours with love, Stella.’  The card is addressed to Mrs. J. W.
