Postcard depicting flowers near a painting of a windmill.  The caption reads, ‘A Happy Easter’.  The message on the verso reads, ‘Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, March 20, 1913, Dear Father, Carrie has been very sick this week and could not do much cooking.  Have been busy all day & could do no writing.  Will try & write some Sunday next if nothing prevents.  Hope this finds you in best of health.  Carrie and Carolyn joins me in Love to you.  We remain ever your affectionate Son, Daughter & Granddaughter.  John, Carrie & Carolyn.’  The card is addressed to Captain James R.
