Postcard depicting the shipwreck of the USS MAINE on the bottom of Havana Harbor.  The caption reads, ‘"Maine” as it is now.  Havana, Cuba’.  The message on the verso reads, ‘Dear Sidney, Here are some cards for your collection.  The wreck is still in the harbor and except for the flag, looking about as this does.  The front is coming in this morning.  It was awfully rolly last night but none of the Morrises got sea-sick.  F.M.’  The card is addressed to Sidney Newell, Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., and is postmarked Habana, August 24, 1909.Subject Person/Organization
