Hope ere this you have entirely recovered. It has been a great disappointment to me that I could not get down this month or next. I fear Frank is going to be laid up with either the grippe or typhoid. The symptoms are more on the order of typhoid. Only one thing lacking is nose bleed all the rest of symptoms are of it. He learnt today what it was to be sick & work. Hope this finds you well. Frank joins in love to you & family. Yours, Jack’.
