Postcard depicting the paddle-wheel steamship QUEEN ANNE. The caption reads, ‘Boat Landing, Billingsport, New Jersey, “Queen Anne”’. The message on the verso reads, ‘Allow me to congratulate you on your 81st birthday and wish you many more. If you get to Philadelphia don’t fail to stop and see me. I am sending you the photo of the good ship you brought to this harbor. L. H. Garrison.’ Note on the verso reads, ‘Received and answered September 13, 1913.’ The card is addressed to Captain James R. Hattrick, Room 332, House H. Sailors Snug Harbor, New York, and is postmarked Philadelphia, September 11, 1913.
