In the joyous Easter morning, with joyful voices tell, that Death is Life and God is God, and all things shall be well. Celia Thaxter.’  The message on the verso reads, ‘Palm Sunday, Dear Carrie, One year ago tonight I left for Key West & it is one year Holy Thursday since we were looking at our dear one for the last time on earth.  We can’t but bring our sorrow of last year this time vivid before our minds but our dear one is so happy now.  Lots of love to yourself & family.  Lovingly, Emma’.
