The caption reads, ‘La Catedral Habana.’ The message on the front reads, ‘Plantation Key, October 2, 1906, Dear Jack: Your pretty card received in tonight's mail, many thanks. I also received a letter and postal from Carrie. We have had quite a lot of mosquitoes tonight, but I guess you are glad you are not here to fight with them. Well I am glad they don't do me up like they do you for I would be a sight I am glad you and Carrie are well and happy. I am having a nice time here, but would like to see Papa and Mama. Did you see this place while you were in Cuba? I would like to see it very much. From Lillian'. The message on the verso reads, 'Lillian A. Watson, Plantation Key, Planter P.O., Florida, care of J.M. Pinder'. The card is addressed to Mr. John W. Hattrick, 2012 Latona Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Southwest Station, and is postmarked Planter, Florida, September 3, 1906.
