Postcard depicting flowers and a cross. The caption reads, ‘Loving Easter Greeting. Rejoice! Rejoice! This Easter morn, may gladness in your heart be born.’ The message on the verso reads, ‘New York, April 1st, 1912, Dear Papa, I hope this card will find you well and can eat dozen eggs. If you have too squeeze the hens. Your Son & daughter, James & Clara J.F.B. Hattrick, 779 8th Avenue, New York City.’ The card is addressed to Captain James R. Hattrick, 1918 Federal Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is postmarked, New York, New York, April 2, 1912.
