Postcard depicting a painting of a sailfish and boats. The description on the verso reads, ‘Sailfish - Gulf Stream, Key West, Florida. A hooked sailfish leaps out of the inky blue waters of the Gulf Stream in the Florida Keys. The painting hangs in the Key West Chamber of Commerce. It was done by the well known painter Anton Otto Fischer who illustated many stories for the Saturday Evening Post. His wife was the daughter of Admiral Sigsbee, the Captain of the battleship MAINE. They lived in Key West for many years. Many of his paintings were made from memory of his years at sea.'
