Letterbook from the Office of the Collector of Customs, Port of Key West, Florida. Contains copies of outgoing letters written by the Customs Officer in Key West, mainly to the Custom Office in Miami, Florida. The letterbook has both handwritten and typed letters as well as copies of ocean telegraphs received in Key West by the Collector. Some of the letters were generated and signed by Jefferson B. Browne, Collector of Customs from 1893 to 1897.Collection
