Description

Freestanding sculpture by Stanly Papio depicting a human-like figure. The body is whose body is made from a wagon wheel mounted on a 1' diameter steep pipe with three twisted wrought iron props at base. Head and both sections that make up hat move independently. That is made from a bucket and includes a movable handle and a round tray.
