Vandenbergh & Co hand-blown glass gin bottle from the Netherlands (Dutch) dating from the mid-1800s (1840 to 1860). It is a rare variation of a honey olive green. The base actually has raised feet on all four sides. The bottle has a rare 'pig snout' rolled lip. Applied seal on shoulder has a bell and ribbon with 'Vandenbergh & Co'. Seal embossing is clear, seal edges a bit irregular. Bottle has lots of small bubbles on the shoulder. Base is marked with a compass rose.Collection
