Postcard depicting a red brick fort.  The description on the verso reads, 'The East Martello Tower and Art Gallery on Roosevelt Boulevard and the Ocean in Key West, Florida.  It was built as a Civil War Fort in 1861 and held by Union Forces and it made Key West one of the most strategic points in the South during the Civil War.
