Postcard depicting men using a rope to pull a turtle onto a dock. The description on the verso reads, 'The Turtle Crawls at the north end of Margaret Street. Hundreds of Giant turtles are kept here alive. They weigh from 100 to 500 pounds. When they are to be taken out of the crawls to be butchered a rope is fastened to their flippers and they are pulled up a wide plank and into the cannery.
