Full length skirt in a yellow-white silk satin box pleated to the waistband that once belonged to Frances Williams Atkinson Browne, wife of Jefferson Beale Browne. The underskirt made of cotton muslin with a highly gathered bustle supported by metal stays. Lower lining hemmed with silk satin and faced with organza.
