Quarter boat #3, at Long Key Viaduct, in July of 1906. Workmen were quartered on these boats during the construction of the Florida East Coast Railway's Overseas Extension to Key West. During the storm of 1909 one of these boats was blown out to sea with considerable loss of life.Collection
