This is looking south toward the range light house where I took the picture of the upper locks from. This shows the difference in level of the upper locks and the middle locks. See the 3 sets of RR tracks the center one is finished here ready for us to do our work but the 2 outside ones are not complete yet. We have finished our work on the vertical curves. The 2 black streak in the center is the slot left for us to equipt [sic] with electric conductors.
