Black and white photograph of a Florida East Coast Railway train on the tracks following the Labor Day Hurricane. Caption on verso, 'Upper Matecumbe Key after the hurricane that struck on Labor Day, 1935. This is a close-up view of the boxcar Wilbur Jones of Tallahassee, FL and other men were trapped in during the storm. The escape hole they created by chopping out a ventilator with an ax is in the bottom middle of the left car's roof.'
