Off white cardstock covered booklet with black text recording the by-laws for the Florida East Coast Railway Employees' Benevolent Association, revised as of October 15, 1955. The purpose of the organization was to raise and dispense funds to members of the association when they retired or became too disabled to work. In the instance a member died, funding would go to a designated individual in their stead.
