Description
A souvenir card depicting Fort Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas. The card was produced by Atlas Editions between 1993-1996 as a series commemorating the American Civil War. The massive series of over 2000 cards covered all aspects of the Civil War. Each card has a write-up of about 200-300 words about the subject shown on the front. These cards were released in subscription form only, meaning you had to remit payment each month to receive several new packets of cards. The cards were never available as a retail set and are fairly hard to find today.
