US Navy Yeomanette uniform skirt in a dark blue color fully gathered, but no waistband. Calf length. It belonged to Thelma Louise Brown (nee Moore) who enlisted in Key West on September 19, 1918. She was born on the island on December 31, 1899. Served as a 1st class yeoman.
