Description

5 piece Gorham silverplate coffee and tea service, each piece engraved on side in block letters "King Manor". A - Coffeepot with hinged lid and finial. Shell and scroll border decoration around top and bottom; leaf and flower on handle top; elongated baluster shaped pot with s-scroll handle. Stamped on bottom with an anchor, "C P / Gorham / YC 1101 / 3 Pint" H: 10 inches. W 10 in. D 4 1/2 in. B - Teapot with hinged lid. Stamped on bottom with anchor symbol, "C [or E] P/ YC1102 / 2 1/2 pint" H: 7 1/2 in, W: 11 D: 4 1/2 C - Sugar, two handled ( c- scrolled) with lid. Stamped on bottom with anchor symbol, "C P / Gorham / YC1103" H: 6 in, W: 8 D: 3 3/4 D - Creamer. Stamped on bottom with anchor symbol, "C P / Gorham / YC1104 / 7/8 pint" H: 5 1/2 W. 6 D:3 E - Waste bowl, stamped on bottom with anchor "C P / Gorham / YC1105" and faint engraving to left in script "Gorham E [anchor symbol] P YC 426 - y"
