Set of two collector's spoons with shield of Bethlehem and forks decorated with Jerusalem. One of the spoons depicts the star of Bethlehem, which appears in the nativity story in the Bible, while the other depicts the “Christmas Bell,” which is a call to worship during Christmastime. Both forks depict scenes of Jerusalem.

Context

The set of silverware is a collector’s item, normally purchased during trips to the country of origin. The Jordans likely purchased these pieces during one of the visits to the Holy Land.
