Description

Japanese painted porcelain vase with white interior and multicolored exterior scene with a woman and temple. The piece has a faux-cloisonne look with raised gold lines in-between the different colors. The “Made in Japan” mark on the bottom is indicative of art from Japan after 1941, but before the period of occupation after World War II (1945-1952).

The painted porcelain vase belonged to the Jordan family.
