Black and white photo of a harbor area. It may be in Olympia looking across Budd Inlet at the West Side. In the left foreground is a wooden bridge with a rotating span to let boats pass. It is possible that the bridge is located where the Fourth Avenue Bridge is now. There is a log raft in the water and in the background is a hill with houses and trees. On the back in green ink is "100%" and three stamps in purple ink that say "Custom Photo Service P. O. Box 5 Littlerock, Wash. 98556 C. R. Jenson", "State Capital Museum 211 West 21st. Street Olympia, Wash. 98501", and "Custom Photo Service Negative # R.048".
