Description

South Sound National Bank Employees, 1979. These two black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show one woman and two men posing individually for portrait-style photos. Image 43 shows a man wearing a suit and tie smiling. His tie has a pattern which includes butas, the teardrop-shaped design element seen in paisley designs. His head is turned toward his right slightly. Image 44 is nearly identical to image 43. Image 1 is very similar to the previous two images, but here the man has turned more toward the camera. Image 2 shows a woman wearing a floral-print vest over a button-up blouse posing for a photo. Her head is turned slightly toward her right. Image 3 is very similar to the previous image, but here the woman has turned her head more toward the camera. Image 4 is nearly identical to image 3. Image 5 shows a man in a suit and a diagonally-striped tie posing for a photo. Image 6 is nearly identical to image 5. Image 8 is very similar to the previous image, but here the photographer has zoomed in slightly on the man. Printed at intervals along the top edge of both of these film negative strips is "KODAK SAFETY FILM 5063."
