Description

Fair Trophy, 1973. These two black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show one woman (Marlyta Deck)and two men (one of whom is Ed Bagley) posing with trophies in front of a display of many small figurines. Marlyta Deck is at the center, Ed Bagley is at the left, and the other man is at the right. Image 7 shows the three people posing with their trophies. Mr. Bagley is the nearest person to the camera. Image 8 is nearly identical to image 7. Image 9 is similar to the previous two images, but here the photographer has moved toward their right. Here the unknown man is the nearest person to the camera. Image 10 is similar to image 9, but the photographer seems to have stooped down. A low shelf is visible in front of the people. Image 11 is nearly identical to image 6. Image 12 is nearly identical to image 10. Image 13 is nearly identical to image 11. Printed in alternation along the top edge of these two strips is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."
