Mini Mart Gas Pumps, 1979. This single black and white contact print strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show the fueling area of a gas station. The gas pumps are covered with bag-type covers which read "Mini Market" and "Open." Images 34 and 35 show two of the gas pumps with the covers on them. Image 36 shows a man with a mustache standing next to one of the covered gas pumps and resting his arm on top of it. The man's shirt reads "Doug" on the left-hand breast. Image 37 is very similar to image 36, but here the photographer has moved to his right several feet to be square-on with the front of the covered gas pump. Several cars are partially visible in the background.Made/Created
